Sent wrong size speakers not impressed still waiting for the right size to be delivered

Dear Jeffrey,

We apologize for the confusion regarding your recent speaker order. We should have communicated better about the replacement of the "Ultra Slim" speakers with the "Slim" speakers due to discontinuation of that particular model. The "Slim" speakers are the same size and quality as the "Ultra Slim" ones. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused and are here to assist with any further questions or concerns.
