The pan is so versatile, gas, electricity, hot coals, induction are all usable heat sources. Easy wipe out clean too. The handle MUST be removed during cooking. I love it. A lid would be very useful but still one of my go-to pans. Recommended for up to 4 persons.

I purchased a new door handle from Caravan Spares and Repairs and upon receiving the handle and instructions, I realised I required a Red One key to remove and retrofit to new handle. I phoned and explained that I required a key and it was sent. I received it a few days later and an email was sent to my email with a link to video explaining the process. The staff were excellent in service, care and response time.
